Dress features cotton materials. Bodice has faux apron front with puff sleeves and flutter sleeves. Bodice also features a Peter Pan collar, adorable Rick rack trim, and black velvet bow. Skirt has apron with ruffled eyelet and darling embroidered pocket. It has appliquéd card suits around the hem along with ruffled eyelet. Underskirt has black and white harlequin print and features a generous ruffle to provide lots of volume. Dress includes petticoat sewn in and is fully lined. Dress comes with fully lined bloomers.
