Refund policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way, please contact us immediately. Most items are eligible for a full refund; however, it is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping fees associated with the return. If the customer wishes to exchange their item, they will be invoiced for the shipping fees associated with the replacement item. Once we receive the item back, a refund minus initial shipping fees will be issued via the same means the purchase was made. It is best to contact us before making a return to ensure the item is eligible to be returned. Items will need to be shipped back within 14 days of posted delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and free of strong perfumes and pet dander to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny any returns made that do not meet this criteria. In such an event, we will return the item to you. Holiday items will not be eligible for a refund if returned after the holiday occurred. Custom made and personalized items are not eligible for a refund/return. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will NOT be made for items that were shipped but lost in the mail unless insurance is purchased. Please understand that we have no control over USPS delivery system and therefore cannot be held accountable for undelivered items. Purchasing insurance is recommended for full reimbursement should an item become lost in the mail.
