Dress features luxe velvet materials in red and black. Bodice has faux lace up and puff sleeves with adorable red heart and gold trimming. Back is elastic with a large brocade satin bow. Skirt has patchwork chevron in gold and black and comes with a petticoat sewn in underneath. Dress is fully lined and comes with bloomers.
