This dress features cotton linen check fabric in blue. Has pinafore look but is all one piece. Bodice portions and sleeves are in a darling white dimity fabric complete with peter pan collar with lace trim. Sleeves are puff style with elastic, eyelet trim, and sparkley red bows. Back buttons up with red buttons. Waistband has two big white buttons embodying the pinafore look. Skirt is a full circle skirt for as much twirl as your heart can handle. It has red sparkle trim and a petticoat with eyelet trimming. Dress is fully lined and comes with bloomers to wear underneath.
