Skirt is made from jeweled organza and has many layers plus sewn in petticoat with folded hem that can be pulled apart to fluff out to max puffiness or left folded for subtle puff. Back zips up and has large silver satin bow. Dress also incorporates a classic shimmery organza peplum, lovely silver mesh hemline trim, and stunning jewel rhinestone trim at the waist.
