Dress is all cotton. Top layer has a ruffle hem and lining has a ruffled eyelet trimmed in red. Dress features elastic back for adjustable sizing and all day comfort. Straps have double buttonholes for further adjustments. Includes pockets and adorable bib and pocket embroidery! Dress is fully lined and comes with fully lined bloomers with side bows.

This dress is vintage length. Size chart is finished measurements of dress. Please add 1/2-1” for your chest measurements to account for ease before comparing to size chart. This dress does have an elastic back and adjustable straps which will help with sizing.
