This dress is made of white shimmer organza with flocked red hearts. It has puffy sleeves and an adorable button up back with red heart buttons. Sash is red organza. The skirt has a double layer lace hem with a full horsehair braid petticoat. Dress comes fully lined with adorable bloomers.
