This dress features high quality all cotton and cotton/linen fabrics. The bodice includes adorable details like puff sleeves with ruffled edging and bows, ruffled Peter Pan collar, and red buttons. It buttons on the back with fabric covered buttons and has a big bow to tie. The skirt has three layers plus a lining. The top layer is solid blue linen/cotton with red binding along the hem. The middle layer is blue checker print with ruffle hem. Bottom layer is white with eyelet trim. The skirt hemline is the best part of the whole dress!!
