This dress is unbelievably beautiful!! It had satin bodice with elastic and tie in back to ensure a perfect fit. Skirt has two layers of dip dyed chiffon (ombré of white going to purple) plus 4 layers of horsehair braided tulle to make it extra full and fluffy. Dress comes with bloomers and is fully lined!!
