Dress is super light weight and fluffy!! Bodice is purple satin with flocked tulle polka dot overlay. Back has elastic and oversized organza bow. Bodice features sweetheart neckline, puff sleeves, and satin bodice band. Skirt has three full very voluminous rows of ruffles in shiny organza giving lots of puff and volume but staying very light weight. Under most skirt is in pink so you get that pop of pink with twirl and movement. Dress comes with bloomers to wear under the dress.
