Dress is all cotton. Features butterfly embroidered flounce with elastic along the shoulders. Sash in front of bodice is embroidered with colorful flowers. Skirt has several layers with ombré print over skirt with velvet trim, pink tassels and ruffle hem. Underskirt is floral print with purple eyelet lace hem. Full petticoat sewn into dress. Bottommost layer had a folded up you can pull apart to fully voluminize the skirt. Dress is fully lined with fully lined bloomers.
